If you are looking to shop on your Houston vacation, the Galleria is a place to buy something sparkly at Tiffany & Co., or to update your look at Nordstrom. Highland Village is a great place to bring your credit cards. You can buy things for yourself, your family, and your home at Banana Republic, Crate & Barrel, Chico's, Williams Sonoma, Restoration Hardware and other fine stores. If you are a more buget conscious shopper, embark on an adventure into Katy Mills Mall where you are likely to spend your whole day. Houston is filled with funky boutiques, antique shops and outlet stores where you can find killer deals. Harwin St. on the southwest side of town is a place to go for faux designer goods including leather and perfumes.

There are lots of Houston tourist attractions to enjoy while visiting this city. There is something fun to do in every direction. In one day, you could enjoy ranch living on the west side, walk on a historic Texas battlefield in the east and even dip your toes in the Gulf of Mexico down south.
